By accessing or using the Crowder Trail & Market website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing, product availability, and subscription box contents based on seasonal harvests. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of order confirmation.

Pickup & Delivery

Fresh boxes are prepared for pickup at our Portland storefront or delivery within designated service areas. Perishable goods require prompt receipt; we are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed pickup beyond 48 hours of notification.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of organic produce, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of receipt. Contact hello@crowdertrail.com with your order number.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
